There's also the option to use the Repair and Revision feature that checks partitions and removes unwanted files. You can create a whitelist with areas that you don't want to be scanned or modified.

Rad Killjoy Killer can be set to search for diffuse files, find and kill viruses so they don't affect your system.

All in all, Rad Killjoy Killer is a very nice application for removing viruses or wanted files, it looks into various areas of your computer and lets you schedule scans.
